This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

In course of hearing of bail application, learned counsel for the petitioner after advancing some argument seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to renew the prayer for bail after examination of the victim.

In view of such submissions, the BLAPL is disposed of as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. Learned trial Court is requested to expedite the trial and take up step to examine the victim as early as possible.
