1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard.

3. In this Writ Petition, the Petitioner challenges the action of the Opposite Parties more particularly the Opposite Party No.2/District Education Officer, Khordha in not considering his application though the said application was forwarded by the Headmaster of Maa Bardalia Regional High School, Kharadapalli, in the district of Khordha for his appointment under the Rehabilitation Assistance Scheme.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that though the Petitioner had applied for his appointment under the Rehabilitation Assistance Scheme in time, but the said application which has been forwarded by the Headmaster of Maa Bardalia Regional High School, Kharadapali, in the district of Khordha is still pending with the authority since 16.09.2020.

5. In such view of the matter, the Opposite Party No.2/District Education Officer, Khordha is directed to consider and dispose of the application of the Petitioner as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of presentation/ production of a copy of this order along with a copy of the Writ Petition.

6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
