This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned counsel for the State. 3.

The petitioner is an accused in Patna P.S. Case No.180 of 2022 corresponding to S.T. Case No.11 of 2021, arising out of G.R. Case No.1631 of 2020, pending before the learned Sessions Judge, Keonjhar, under Sections 302/201 of IPC and is in custody since 22.11.2020.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Sessions Judge, Keonjhar, by order dated 11.03.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Considering that the trial has commenced, this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail application at this stage. Accordingly the same stands rejected.

Since the petitioner is stated to be in custody from 22.11.2020, learned Court in seisin over the matter is called upon to conclude the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of this same order. In case of non conclusion of the trial within the time specified. It shall be open to the petitioner to renew his prayer.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
