This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are accused in Odagaon P.S. Case No.62 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.100 of 2022, , pending in the Court of learned Nayadhikari cum J..M.F.C., Odagaon, under Sections 341/294/323/324/326/307/506/34 of IPC. 5.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Sessions Judge, Nayagarh by order dated 20.07.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into account the nature of allegation vis-a-vis the petitioner No.1 and the motive in commission of the offence, this Court is not inclined to entertain the bail application of petitioner No.1. The same accordingly stands rejected.

Taking into account the age of the petitioner No.2, this Court directs the Petitioner No.2 to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin over the matter. 8.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
