The Petitioners in this RPFAM seek to assail the order dated 16th May, 2018 (Annexure-4) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Nayagarh in Crl.M.P No.151 of 2017, whereby the Petitioners have been directed to pay Rs.1500/- each per month to their mother, namely, Tilotama Mohapatra as maintenance from the date of filing of the application i.e. on 4th July, 2017. 3.

In course of hearing, Mr. Jena, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the RPFAM. 4.
