Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This I.A. has been filed for modification order dated 17.08.2022.

It is submitted that though this Court was directed release of the petitioner, in view of the stipulation for payment of cash to the tune of Rs.4,50,000/- (Rupees Four Lakh Fifty Thousand), he is still custody as because of penury he is not able to furnish the same. 4.

Taking into account that the petitioner is in custody in spite of order dated 17.08.2022 and the submission as made, this Court is persuaded to modify Paragraph-10 of the order dated 17.08.2022. Instead of cash security of Rs.4,50,000/- (Rupees Four Lakh Fifty Thousand) the petitioner may furnish property security of the said amount.

With such modification the I.A. stands disposed of.

Learned Court in seisin is called upon to act on production of the order in the BLAPL sans the stipulation relating to cash security along with order in this I.A.

Other stipulations remain unaltered.

Accordingly, the I.A. stands disposed of.

9.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per the rules.
