Heard learned counsel for Petitioner and learned counsel for the State-Opposite Parties.

The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) Directing the Opp. Parties to enhance the salary of the petitioners with effect from 01.04.2021.
(ii) And further be pleased to direct the Opp. Parties to grant of EPF benefit with effect from the date of initial appointment.
(iii) And further be pleased to direct the Opp. Parties to grant all consequential and service benefits".

He further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation on 15.03.2022 at Annexure-12 to the Writ Petition, before the opposite party No.1 but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a
// 2 // direction be issued to opposite party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period. 5.
Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.
6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
