This is a Writ Petition seeking direction to the SubCollector, Bhawanipatna, O.P.1 for disposal of Mutation Appeal No.6/2022. Considering the innocuous request of the Petitioner, this Court observes, in the event Mutation Appeal No.6/2022 has not been disposed of, upon filing a copy of this order, attempt shall be made by O.P.1 for disposal of the said Appeal as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order but however providing opportunity to the Parties likely to be affected.
