This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This I.A. has been filed by the Petitioner seeking extension of time to surrender.

Heard learned counsels for the parties.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the further proceeding of the trial in G.R. Case No.1605 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Berhampur has been stayed by this Court vide order dated 25.08.2022 in CRLMC No.2041 of 2022 and therefore the Petitioner is finding difficulty to surrender before the learned court below as per the order of this Court dated 05.09.2022. 5.

Considering such submission, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to move before this Court seeking permission to surrender as it was directed by this Court in CRLMC No.2041 of 2022.
