In view of the affidavit filed by the Opposite Party No.2 the father of the victim and taking into account the discharge slip that is annexed to the affidavit of the informant that the victim has joined the petitioner in matrimony and they are blessed with a female child on 29.03.2021, this Court directs the proceeding to be quashed in the light of the judgment of the Apex Court in the case of Parbatbhai Aahir alias Parbatbhai Bhimsinhbhai Karmur and others v. State of Gujurat and another reported in AIR 2017 SC 4843, in connection with 1CC Case No.352 of 2019, on the file of

learned J.M.F.C., Chandikhole, in respect of the present petitioners in exercise of power under Section 482 Cr.P.C. 4.

The CRLMC thus stands disposed of.
