Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to provide UGC scale of pay to the petitioner with effect from 01.01.1986 with other consequential service benefits and arrear admissible to hum under the guidelines and schemes evolved by the Government of India, University Grants Commission and State Government and to revise the pension of the petitioner accordingly keeping in view the order dated 18.04.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 26692 of 2011. 4.
In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievance, the petitioner has made representation to the opposite party no.1 vide Annexure-7 and direction may be given to consider and dispose of the same, taking into account Annexure-5 within a stipulated time. 5.
This being the limited grievance of the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing the opposite party no.1 to take a decision on the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-7, taking into account Annexure-5 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order by the petitioner. 6.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
