This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in G.R. Case No.884 of 2022, on the files of learned S.D.J.M Bolangir, arising out Bolangir Sadar P.S. Case No.249 of 2022, under Sections 420/468/471/34 of the IPC and is in custody since 14.07.2022.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Sessions Judge of Balangir, by order dated 21.07.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

It is seen from the order of rejection that the petitioner is in custody since 14.07.2022 and the investigation is going. The order of rejection by the learned Sessions Judge, Balangir further reveals

that the petitioner have criminal antecedents in as much as he is an accused in twenty cases of similar nature.

Considering the same, since the investigation is going on, this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail application notwithdranding the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that two of the accused persons have been granted prearrest bail by this Court. 7.

It shall be open to the petitioner to move this Court after filing of the charge sheet.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
