1. A joint affidavit has been filed by the parties stating therein that they have settled their disputes between them. Also, this is not disputed by learned counsel for the State.

2. In that view of the matter, G.R. Case No.217 of 2013 arising out of Champua P.S. Case No.90 of 2013, pending in the Court of the learned S.D.J.M., Champua and all orders and proceedings consequent thereto are hereby quashed.

3. The CRLMC is disposed of in the above terms. The interim order passed earlier stands vacated.

4. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court.
