Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

It is only considering the age of the Petitioner already 90 years, this Court directs the Additional Commissioner, Settlement & Consolidation, Berhampur, O.P.1 to complete the adjudication involving S.R.P. No.207 of 2022 at least within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner. It is made clear that in the case involved, the State is only the contesting Party as others have already been Proforma Respondents.
