Mr. Mishra, learned senior advocate appears on behalf of alleged contemner and hands up Banker's cheque no.474990 dated 6th September, 2022 drawn in favour of applicant for Rs.2,00,000/-. He submits, compliance along with tender of apology to Court for delayed compliance by his client be accepted on the cheque made over to learned advocate for applicant. He submits further, there also be record that this is in full and final settlement of all claims made by applicant against his client.

Mr. Nayak, learned advocate appears on behalf of applicant and on query from Court submits, his client will accept the cheque as in compliance of order dated 11th May, 2022, by which his client's

// 2 // writ petition was disposed of. He submits further, the acceptance signifies settlement of all claims.

The apology for delayed compliance is accepted. The Banker's cheque is made over to Mr. Nayak. The contempt proceeding is dropped and the application disposed of.
