1. It is claimed that a compromise petition has been filed by all the parties.
2. Permitting the Petitioners and Opposite Party No.2 to have their respective statements recorded in the trial court pursuant to the said compromise, the CRLMC is disposed of.
3. The interim order passed earlier in the present application stands vacated. A copy of this order be communicated to the concerned trial court forthwith.
