This writ petition involves the following prayer:- "The petitioner therefore humbly prayed that, this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to allow the Writ application, issue Rule NISI calling upon the Opp.parties to show cause, as to why a joint demarcation of the private property of the petitioner shall not be carried out for the greater interest of justice, in the facts and circumstances of the case.

And if the opp. parties fail to show-cause or show insufficient cause to make the rule absolute by issuing an appropriate writ(s)/ order(s) / direction (s) as this Hon'ble Court deems just and proper according to the facts and circumstances of the present case."

Considering the submissions made by the parties and as the application of the Petitioner for joint demarcation vide Annexure-3 is already received by the Office of the Secretary, B.D.A, this Court directs the Secretary, B.D.A to undertake the exercise involving the

// 2 // parties likely to be affected and complete the entire exercise within a period of one & half months from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order by the Petitioner. 3.
