1. An affidavit of the alleged victim and the marriage certificate showing the marriage between the Petitioner and the alleged victim are placed on record. There is no denial of these documents by the learned Additional Government Advocate for the State.

2. Consequently, Khaprakhol P.S. Case No.4 of 2014 corresponding to G.R. Case No.17 of 2014 pending in the court of learned SDJM, Patnagarh and all proceedings and orders consequent thereto are hereby quashed.

3. The CRLMC is disposed of in the above terms.
