Mr.S. Rath, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State contended that pursuant to order dated 08.08.2022, the portal has been opened for the Petitioner, which was blocked. It is also stated that pursuant to notice of show-cause, no action has been taken against the Petitioner for black listing.
