1. Although the Petitioner claims that there has been settlement between the parties, Opposite Party No.2 has filed an affidavit denying it.
2. Consequently, the Court is not persuaded to interfere at this stage. Permitting the Petitioners to urge all the pleas raised in the present application and reserving the right of Opposite Party No.2 to oppose the contention of the Petitioner at the appropriate stage before the trial court, the CRLMC is disposed of.
3. The interim order passed earlier stands vacated. A copy of this order be communicated to the concerned trial court forthwith.
