This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 2.

Mr. Manoj Kumar Khuntia, Additional Government Advocate by referring to the contents of the compliance affidavit dated 18th April, 2022 filed by the Collector, Keonjhar, more particularly, the order dated 12th April, 2022 (Annexure-C) states that the direction passed by this Court has been complied with. He submits that it has been found that a sum of Rs.1,47,407/- is required to be paid. 3.

Mr. Prabodha Chandra Nayak, counsel for the Petitioner, upon instructions, has accepted the aforesaid determined amount, however, prays for a direction for early release of the said amount.

In response, Mr. Khuntia, Additional Government Advocate states that the authority concerned shall ensure the payment of the aforesaid amount within two weeks from today.

In view of the above, the contempt proceeding is dropped.

The CONTC is disposed of.

7.

The Opposite Party shall be bound by their aforesaid stand before this Court.
