This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical) mode.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions and on going through the nature of accusations; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances of the case as also concerning the Petitioner and in the absence of any other impediment, it is directed that in the event the Petitioner surrenders before the Court in seisin of the case in Mangalabag P.S. Case No.177 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No.801 of 2020 pending on the file of J.M.F.C.(City), Cuttack within three weeks hence and moves for his release on bail, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said Court with further conditions that the Petitioner is hereby directed to appear before the Investigating Officer on 29th April, 2022 in between 10 am to 2 pm and on such other date/s as asked for in order to cooperate with

// 2 // the investigation; and shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence in any manner.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
