This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners for quashment of the FIR in connection with Cuttack Mahila P.S. Case No.35 of 2009 corresponding to G.R. Case No.843 of 2009 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M (S), Cuttack.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that he has no instruction in this matter. Learned counsel for the Opposite Party No.2 is present.

In such view of the matter, this Court is of the view that the Petitioners recalcitrant litigants and do not want to proceed with the matter and have lost interest in the litigation.

Accordingly, this CRLMC stands dismissed for nonprosecution. 6.
