This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the ABLAPL No.9030 of 2022 was disposed of by order dated 03.08.2022 granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners but the surname of the petitioners along with their father has been inadvertently written "Mallick" instead of "Mallik", which mistake also appears in the cause title of the bail application. Hence, modification has been prayed for.

Accordingly, it is directed that it be mentioned "Mallik" instead of "Mallick", rest part of the order remaining the same. It is further directed that the petitioner can avail the benefit of the said order on surrendering before the court below on or before 15th of

// 2 // September, 2022.

The I.A is disposed of accordingly.
