2. The Petitioner being in custody in C.T. (s) Case No.34 of 2021 arising out of Angul P.S. Case No.570 of 2020 pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Angul has filed this petition for his release on bail. The offences alleged against him are punishable under Sections 452/341/294/354/506/376(1)/34 IPC.

3. It appears that this case is of the year 2021. Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks for an adjournment. But this Court is not inclined to adjourn the matter further and accordingly this BLAPL stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
