1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. This I.A. has been filed by the Petitioner for modification of the order dated 23.11.2022 passed by this Court in CONTR No.38 of 2022.

3. Heard.

4. The Petitioner submits that though he had appeared in person, in paragraph 2 of the aforesaid order, it has been wrongly mentioned as "Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner". He further submits that in paragraph 4 of the said order the date of filing of his representation has been

// 2 // wrongly mentioned as "01.06.202"

instead of "01.06.2022". In the last line of paragraph 5 of the aforesaid order also it has been wrongly mentioned as "to book the Petitioner under Section 166 of the I.P.C.".

5. Considering the submissions made by the Petitioner and the averments made in the I.A, prayer is allowed. Accordingly, it is directed that the words "Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner" wrongly mentioned in paragraph 2 of the order dated 23.11.2022 passed in CONTR No.38 of 2022 be read as "Heard the Petitioner in person", the date of filing of his representation wrongly mentioned in paragraph 4 of the said order as "01.06.202" be read as "01.06.2022", the words wrongly mentioned in the first line of paragraph 4 of the said order as "Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits" be read as "The Petitioner submits" and the words "to book the Petitioner under Section 166 of the I.P.C." wrongly mentioned in the last line of paragraph 5 of the said order be read as "to book the Inspector-In-Charge, Tirtol Police Station, Tirtol, District- Jagatsinghpur under Section 166 of the I.P.C.".

6. This order shall be read as a part of the original order. All other parts of the original order shall remain unaltered.

7. This I.A. is disposed of.
