This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The Petitioner is an accused in S.T. Case No.16/06 of 2022 pending in the file of learned C.J.M-cum-A.S.J., Deogarh, arising out of Barkote P.S. Case No.11 of 2012 for commission of the alleged offence under Section 395 IPC.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned C.J.M-cum-A.S.J., Deogarh by order dated 23.06.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into account the nature of criminal antecedents being 22 in number, as stated by the learned counsel for the State on the basis of recitals in the case diary, this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail application.

6.

Learned Court in seisin over the matter is called upon to expedite the trial of the aforesaid case and conclude the same within the period of four months from the date of receipt/production of the copy of this order.

7.

Registry is requested to communicate this order to the learned Court in seisin over the matter.

8.

With the aforesaid observation, BLAPL stands disposed of.
