1. The victim has filed an affidavit stating that the issue has been Order No.

settled with the Petitioner.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of Opposite Party No.2 also confirms this in the Court. It is stated that the victim has also got married to the Petitioner in the meantime.

3. In that view of the matter, G.R. Case No.317 of 2013 pending in the Court of the learned J.M.F.C., Salepur and the order dated 6th January, 2014 passed by the J.M.F.C., Salepur taking cognizance and all other proceedings pursuant thereto are hereby quashed.

4. The petition is disposed of.

5. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court.
