This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are accused in G.R. Case No.1183 of 2022, on the files of S.D.J.M. Berhampur, arising out of Bada Bazar P.S. Case No.131 of 2022, under Sections 498-A/304-B/306 of IPC and is in custody since 04.06.2022.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of their application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned 3rd Additional District & sessions Judge, Berhampur, by order dated 23.07.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed. 5.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in the meanwhile charge sheet has been submitted on 31.07.2022 under Sections 498-A and 306 of IPC.

Keeping in view that the petitioner is sister-in-law and considering the nature of allegations and taking into account the period of custody, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
