This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that inadvertently it could not be brought to the notice of the Court that the Petitioner has one criminal antecedent inasmuch he has a case in Baipariguda P.S. Case No.85 of 2016 under Sections 363/323/34 IPC, which was instituted at the instance of the mother-in-law of the Petitioner.

Taking note of such submission, this Court is persuaded to recall para-7 of the order dated 29.09.2022 passed in BLAPL No.7165 of 2022. Other terms of the order dated 29.09.2022 remain unaltered.

Learned Court in seisin is called upon to act on production of the order dated 29.09.2022 along with the order passed today.

I.A is accordingly disposed of.
