Petitioner has serious allegation in the matter of inaction of the Order No.

Sub-Collector, Kamakshyanagar in not taking up the Encroachment Appeal No.33/2022.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner alleges that during pendency of the appeal there is issuance of notice of eviction vide Annexure-1. It is also submitted that unless the appeal is taken up and interim order is passed therein, the Petitioner will suffer immensely. 3.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioner and since the appeal at the instance of the Petitioner is already registered, this Court directs the Sub-Collector, Kamakshyanagar to take up the interim application filed with the appeal and also take necessary steps for admission of the appeal, at least within a period of seven days from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner.
