2. Mr. G. Padhi, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner has submitted that from the fact as revealed, this petition for issuance of writ of habeas corpus is not maintainable. Hence, the Petitioner will not press this petition.

3. Accordingly, this petition stands dismissed as not pressed and disposed of.

4. The Petitioner will be at liberty to take any action, available to her in law, and this dismissal will not create any embargo for the said process.
