Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the bail application.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the bail application with liberty to renew his prayer for bail before the learned Court in seisin over the matter which shall be considered on its own merits without being prejudiced by the earlier rejection or the order passed by this Court.
