This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in C.T. Case No.625 of 2022 arising out of Kegaon P.S. Case No.112 of 2022, pending in the file of learned S.D.J.M., Bhawanipatna, under Section 376(2)(n) of IPC and is in custody since 29.05.2022.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge (Vigilance), Bhawanipatna by order dated 04.07.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed. 5.

Taking into account the 164 Cr.P.C. statement and filing of charge sheet on 24.07.2022 and considering that the petitioner is in custody since 29.05.2022, this Court directs the petitioner to be

released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin over the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
