Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

This Contempt Petition arises out of W.P.(C) No.7703 of 2021. The Writ Petition appears to have been disposed of by Bench of this Court on 29.04.2021 simply directing the Commissioner, Cuttack Municipal Corporation, Opposite Party No.2 to dispose of the representation of the Petitioner vide Annexure-7 therein within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.

This Contempt Petition was filed on 03.08.2021. Learned counsel for the Petitioner has no information as to whether the representation directed to be disposed of vide order dated 29.04.2021 in W.P.(C) No.7703 of 2021 is disposed of in the meantime or not. Undisputedly, a long time has been passed in the meantime and it is not possible to keep a representation undisposed of for such long time. 4.

Be that as it may, this Court disposes of the Contempt Petition observing in the event the representation vide Annexure-7 in W.P.(C)

// 2 // No.7703 of 2021 has not been disposed of as of now, the same may be disposed of at least within a period of fifteen days from the date of communication of this order, failure of which this Court will be constraint to initiate a Sou Motu Contempt Proceeding. 5.

The Contempt Petition stands disposed of.
