Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court directs, in the event the Petitioner files a memo for early admission of the O.S.S. Case No.662/2022 before the learned Member, Board of Revenue, Odisha, Cuttack within a period of seven days hence, the same shall be entertained and necessary steps shall be undertaken within a period of ten days thereafter for admission of the O.S.S. Case No.662/2022.
