Mr. Khuntia has placed on record a copy of the letter dated 07th March, 2022 along with an order dated 7th June, 2018 as Annexure-A, addressed by the General Administration and Public Grievance Department, Government of Odisha to the office of Advocate General, Odisha, whereby it is stated that the order dated 20th June, 2013 passed by the learned Tribunal in O.A. No.1611 of 2012 stands complied with. He further states that the petitioner is free to seek his remedy, if dissatisfied with the order dated 7th June, 2018 in accordance with law.

3. In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives in the present contempt and accordingly the CONTC is disposed of.
