This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner are accused in C.T. Case No.207 of 2022, on the files of learned N.G.N. Attabira, arising out of Attabira P.S. Case No.212 of 2022, under Sections 399 and 402 of the IPC. 4.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of their application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Sessions Judge, Bargarh, by order dated 12.07.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Perused the order of rejection.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitoner and taking into account the period of custody, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin over the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
