This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This is an application for modification of order dated 03.08.2022 and extension of time to surrender. 3.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The second sentence of paragraph-7 of the order dated 03.08.2022 be deleted and in its place the following sentence be inserted.

"In the event it is found that the Petitioner has more than one criminal antecedent of similar nature, then the order dated 03.08.2022 shall stand revoked."

Four weeks' further time from today is granted to the

// 2 // Petitioner to surrender as per order dated 03.08.2022, but subject to depositing cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five hundred) by the Petitioner in the Advocates' Welfare Fund of the Orissa High Court within 15 days from today and furnishing money receipt thereof in proof of the said deposit.

It is made clear that, if cost is not paid within the aforesaid stipulated time, then the extension period to surrender shall stand automatically revoked.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
