This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners for quashment of the FIR in connection with Bhawanipatna Town P.S. Case No.64(15) of 2012 corresponding to C.T. Case No.228 of 2012 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhawanipatna.

This case is of the year 2014. None appears for the Petitioners, when the matter was called.

It appears that the Petitioners are recalcitrant litigants and do not want to proceed with the matter and have lost interest in the litigation.

Hence, this CRLMC stands dismissed for nonprosecution.
