This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No.
(Virtual/Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the Informant. 3.
During course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner does not want to press this bail application with liberty to file fresh application after examination of the victim girl. 4.
Considering the submissions made, this Court disposes of the bail application as not pressed. However at the same time directed the trial court to expedite the examination of the victim girl, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one month. After examination of the victim girl, if Petitioner files a fresh application, the same shall be considered in accordance with law. 5.
The BLAPL is disposed of with liberty as prayed for. 6.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
