Mr. S.K. Bhanjadeo, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Informant by filing Vakalatnama in Court today, which is taken on record.

Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State as well as learned Counsel for the Informant. 4.
Considering the submissions and on going through the nature of accusations; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances of the case as also concerning the Petitioner and in the absence of any other impediment, it is directed that in the event the Petitioner surrenders before the Court in seisin of the case in connection with Airfield P.S. Case No.152 of 2019 corresponding to C.T. Case No.3881 of 2019 pending on the file of the learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar, within three weeks hence and moves for his release on bail, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said Court. 5.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
