This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the ABLAPL No.9063 of 2022 was disposed of by order dated 03.08.2022 granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner but, parity has been given to the petitioner while disposing of the bail application as because another co-accused, namely, Pinku Barik has already been released on bail vide BLAPL No.7571 of 2021 by order dated 08.03.2022 and parity may be given to the petitioner. Hence, modification has been prayed for.

Accordingly, it is directed that in addition to the order dated 03.08.2022 it is be mentioned "by maintaining the principles of parity, if applicable", rest part of the order remaining the same. It is

// 2 // further directed that the petitioner can avail the benefit of the order 03.08.2022 on surrendering before the court below on or before 9th of September, 2022.

The I.A is disposed of accordingly.
