JUSTICE BISWANATH RATH
ORDER
19.04.2023 I.A. No.4658 of 2023 Order No.
02.
1.
This I.A. is filed for extension of time to comply with the order dated 29.07.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No.18802 of 2022. 2.
Heard the submission of Mr. Mishra, learned ASC moved this I.A. This Court also includes the objection of Mr. Mohapatra, learned counsel to the extension of time on the premises that there have already been grant of time at least in two stages.
3.
Mr. Mohapatra, learned counsel submits that firstly in disposal of Writ Petition vide W.P.(C) No.18802 of 2022 there has already been grant of time and secondly there is also further extension of time in disposal of CONTC No.8163 of 2022.
4.
Be that as it may, looking to the reason of non-compliance of the order in Writ Petition and the inconvenience faced by the public authority in working out the order dated 29.07.2022, this Court observes, there should be at least grant of some further time to comply with the order passed in disposal of the Writ Petition. In the process, this Court grants one month further time to complete the exercise in
// 2 // terms of the order dated 29.07.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No.18802 of 2022, but as a matter of last chance.
