IN THE HIGH COURT OF ORISSA AT CUTTACK
W.P.(C) No. 18804 of 2022 Raghunath Nayak .....
Petitioner Mr. J.R. Dash, Advocate Vs.
The Tahasildar, Kendrapara .....
Opposite Party Mr.A.K. Mishra, AGA
CORAM:
DR. JUSTICE B.R. SARANGI
ORDER
22.08.2022 Order No.
01.
This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2.
Heard Mr. J.R. Dash, learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State.
3.
Since the Petitioner seeks direction to the opposite parties to evict the encroacher from the Government land without making him a party to the Present Writ Petition, this Court is not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition. However, learned Counsel for the Petitioner contended that the Petitioner may be permitted to file a fresh Writ Petition with better particulars.
4.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of granting liberty to the Petitioner to file fresh Writ Petition with better particulars.
