This is an application for correction of the name of the Petitioner No. 1 of cause title of the Petitioners column. 3.

Considering submission made and on going the through the averments taken in the Petition, learned counsel for the Petitioners is permitted to correct the name of the Petitioner No. 1 as "Riku @ Ripu Pradhan @ Rakesh Pradhan" in the Petitioners column of the cause title of the bail application.

In view of the above correction, the date fixed for surrender of the Petitioners before the Court in seisin of the case be extended by two weeks more with effect from today.
