2. Heard Mr. S.P. Das, learned counsel for the Petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ Petition with liberty to approach the appropriate forum.

4. In view of the same, the writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.

5. However, withdrawal of the writ Petition will not deprive the Petitioner to make his claim with regard to the Covid-19 compensation from the competent authority.
