This matter is taken up by virtual/physical mode. 2 At the outset, learned counsel for the parties state that the order dated 21.01.2020 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.652 of 2019 has been complied with as the competent authority has assessed and disbursed the compensation for the trees standing on the acquired land of the Petitioner.

3. In view of the above, the CONTC is dismissed as infructuous.
