This interlocutory application has been filed by the Petitioner seeking modification of the order dated 21.11.2023 passed by this Court in I.A. No.2422 of 2023, arising out of the aforesaid bail application. 3.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the order dated 21.11.2023 is confined to Petitioners No.1 and 4.

In view of the aforesaid modification, the time to surrender of the Petitioners No.1 and 4 before the court
