The petitioner has filed this writ petition for refund of excess amount deposited by him towards royalty and dead rent and other statutory dues as applicable to him. 4.

Since the petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking refund of royalty, dead rent and other dues, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, it is open to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum in terms of the DTCN/Agreement, which is applicable to him. 5.

With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
